Big things are happening over here at Project Mindful Movement—and I couldn’t be more excited to finally share the heart behind our recent rebrand.
What began as a spark of inspiration—a desire to help people find stillness, healing, and strength through yoga—has grown into something far more powerful and aligned than I ever imagined.
Introducing: Project Mindful Movement 2.0 This rebrand is more than just a new look. It’s a deepening of our purpose. A bold step forward into the mission that has always been at the core of our work: Creating pathways to mindfulness, one practice at a time.
I’ve spent time listening—to our community, our students, and my own intuition—and what emerged was a vision of something bigger, more intentional, and deeply connected.
So what’s new?

A Fresh Look and Feel Our updated branding reflects the calm, grounded, and heart-centered energy we want every student to feel when they interact with Project Mindful Movement. You’ll notice earth tones, warm imagery, and a clear, intentional design that mirrors the clarity we want to bring into your life.

The Yoga Collective Studio We’re launching a brand-new online studio space where students and teachers can come together, grow together, and share their practices. A space for you to practice anytime, anywhere. It's about finding what works for you and having the freedom to explore new practices. This is more than just a platform—it’s a community built on support, growth, and shared intention.

Expanded Offerings We’ve reimagined our programs to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. Whether you’re just beginning with our foundational Yoga Basics course, ready to dive deeper with our accredited 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, or looking for specialized support through Yoga for Stress + Anxiety or Yoga & Mindfulness for Children—you’ll find resources designed to support you in every season of life.

A Clear Mission and Vision At the heart of this rebrand is clarity. We’re here to guide women through meaningful change—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our goal? To build a sustainable, heart-led online business that supports not just our students, but our own family and lifestyle, too.
Why the Project Mindful Movement Rebrand?
Because Ive grown—and I know you have too.
Over the last few years, I’ve evolved in my personal life and as a teacher. This new chapter reflects that evolution. It’s simpler. More grounded. And fully focused on helping you move mindfully—on and off the mat.
I believe growth doesn’t mean hustle. It means alignment. It means living, teaching, and leading in a way that feels nourishing, not draining. It means redefining success in a way that includes stillness, family dinners, and early morning journaling before the kids wake up.
This rebrand is a reflection of that truth.
