Hello
Hello, and welcome to my corner of the internet. I’m so glad you’re here.

This space was created as a place to explore the deeper layers of yoga, beyond just the physical poses. Here, I share teachings, resources, and reflections rooted in mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and the transformational power of yoga.

Whether you’re here because you’re curious about yoga teacher training, looking for ways to bring more mindfulness and balance into your life, or simply exploring how yoga can support your personal growth, my hope is that you find something here that inspires you.
Yoga has been a steady anchor in my own life, especially through seasons of change and growth and I’m incredibly passionate about helping others discover that yoga is not about perfection, it’s about awareness, connection, and learning to meet yourself exactly where you are.
More about me
Yoga has been part of my life and teaching journey since 2012, and over the years my work has evolved into helping people use yoga as a powerful tool for mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation. My teaching focuses on trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness practices, and yoga teacher education, helping students build a deeper understanding of yoga both on and off the mat.

In 2016, I became a Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor through YogaFit, completing both their 200-hour and 150-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher trainings. I later earned my 500-hour yoga teacher certification through My Vinyasa Practice, expanding my studies in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and advanced teaching methodology.

My passion for making yoga accessible has led me to teach in many different environments. I designed and led a five-week yoga program for the outpatient mental health unit at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany, where the focus was on using breath-work, movement, and mindfulness to support stress management and emotional resilience. I’ve also developed a kids yoga curriculum for classroom teachers, giving educators and parents practical tools to bring movement and mindfulness into their classrooms.

As a military spouse, I’ve had the opportunity to teach yoga in communities around the world. Those experiences deeply shaped the way I teach today, helping me understand how yoga can support people through transition, uncertainty, and stress.

Today, I lead the Mind & Body 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Project Mindful Movement, where I guide aspiring teachers through a hybrid training experience that blends online learning with immersive retreat experiences. Since 2022, I’ve hosted annual yoga teacher training retreats where students build confidence, develop their teaching voice, and deepen their connection to yoga as a lifelong practice.

At the heart of everything I teach is a simple belief: yoga is more than just movement, it’s a pathway to greater awareness, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
How I Can Support Your Journey
If you’re here, there’s a good chance yoga has already touched your life in some meaningful way. Maybe you’re looking to deepen your personal practice, explore mindfulness more intentionally, or take the next step toward becoming a yoga teacher.

Through Project Mindful Movement, I offer resources and training designed to support you wherever you are on your path.

Yoga Teacher Training
If you feel called to share yoga with others, my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to help you build confidence, deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy and anatomy, and develop your own authentic teaching voice. The program blends online learning with immersive retreat experiences, giving students both flexibility and meaningful connection.

Mindfulness & Personal Growth
Yoga is about much more than physical movement. Through breath-work, meditation, and mindful awareness, these practices can support stress management, emotional resilience, and personal transformation in everyday life.
Yoga Education & Teaching Resources
For teachers and educators, I’m passionate about sharing tools that bring yoga and mindfulness into different spaces, from classrooms and youth programs to wellness and mental health settings.

No matter where you are on your journey, my hope is that the practices and teachings shared here help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered both on and off the mat.
